What is The Thrive Programme?

The Thrive Programme is the revolutionary psychological training programme developed by Rob Kelly. T.T.P. is based upon evidenced psychological research and 25+ years of clinical experience working with thousands of clients. T.T.P. clearly and simply explains how all of the symptoms and problems we experience in life are either created by, are least made worse by our own limiting beliefs and unhelpful thinking styles.

Many of us have been lead to believe that our symptoms and how we ‘feel’ is something that actually ‘happens’ to us. For example, work makes me feel stressed, life makes me feel miserable, public speaking makes me feel anxious etc.

Even the term ‘panic attack’ is grossly misleading. It’s implying that something is ‘happening to me’ that panic is is actually attacking me. This belief then creates a sense of personal helplessness and powerlessness to do something to improve your situation – other than avoid or keep taking the medication.

We need to wake up to the FACT that thing/events DO NOT make us feel the way we do – because if they did we would all get stressed, or as stressed at the same things!

We don’t get stressed at the same things for the very same reason why we all don’t all have the same favourite colour, don’t all eat streak rare, don’t all love the same music, and why beauty really is in the eye of the beholder.

We all think and perceive things/events differently and this gives us all a different viewpoint on life. It’s how we think and interpret lie’s daily things and events that makes us feel and act the way we do – this is how we create what we experience.

Together with the Thrive Programme I will show you how the way in which you think, your beliefs, and your personality all combine to influence how you feel, and react to any given situation. You will learn how this interaction creates your interpretation of your experiences.
