Question: Are you saying I can stop my feelings for someone?
Answer: Hi xxx, yes anyone can stop their feelings because our feelings don’t ‘happen’ to us, they are created by our beliefs and thoughts.
We have all changed the way we think, and thus feel about people, events, and even inanimate objects throughout our lives.
If love was an emotion/feeling that ‘happens’ to us then we would all love the same people but we don’t!
Love is like beauty, it is really in the eye of the beholder, or should I say in the mind of the beholder.
So, yes it can be done, the question now is
