They are CREATED BY YOU! By the way you have learned to think and process things, and by your beliefs about yourself and life.
What I say must be true, if it wasn’t we would all get stressed, get anxious, get depressed over, be afraid of the same things – BUT WE DON’T!
Think about what I have just taught you and process it for a minute…this means that the feelings of stress, anxiety, depression and fear are all feelings and emotions that are created by us by the way in which we think…this makes it something we can very much learn to take control of.
Beauty really isn’t the only thing that’s in the eye of the beholder, it’s all in the eye of the beholder…except for gravity…gravity is real so don’t ignore it, and then blame me.
